Start-up Visa Canada Process

As a foreign entrepreneur, you can apply for a start-up visa in Canada to establish and grow your business. The application process is as follows:

1. Meet the eligibility criteria, including having a qualifying business and support from a designated organization.

2. Submit an online application through the Entrepreneur Start-up Visa Program.

3. Attend an interview with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

4. Receive a letter of support from IRCC and apply for permanent residence through the Express Entry system.

5. Successfully establish and manage your business in Canada for at least one year before becoming eligible for Canadian citizenship.
